Here are some of the most common questions people would ask about Swissgolden.

1. How to participate in the Swissgolden marketing program?

To be able to participate in the marketing program, you must register for free in the company through the referral link of a sponsor. You can either be a client or customer and purchase directly gold bullion in the online shop or participate in the marketing program.

2. How much is the initial investment to earn gold bars in the marketing program?

You can either start at € 220 ($300) for the preliminary (silver) table or go directly to the main (gold) table for €720.

3. What if I don't want to participate in the marketing program and buy only gold?

Yes you can. But you still need to register in the website through a sponsor so that you will be able to tract your purchase. You are given only 24 hours to pay for your order and send the proof of payment to the company to complete your order. This is due to the fluctuating price of gold. Failure to pay within 24 hours cancels your order.

4. How can I get my gold?

Within the EU countries where there is no VAT and tariffs, the gold bullion are sent through registered mail.

Due to logistical reasons, those living outside Europe will not be delivered. You can opt to get it direct from the office or store it in UBS bank in Switzerland for a minimal fee.

5. Can I sell my gold to the Swissgolden?

For those who are qualified to receive gold bullion but are not able to claim it, the company will buy back your gold bullion and get paid through bank wire or Mastercard.

6. What are the ways to pay for my gold order?

Coupon, bank wire, e-currency like OKPay, credit card or debit card through Klik & Pay.
